Aegis Recon Systems - Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Services
    Aegis Recon Systems provides aerial data services, including but not limited to 2D/3D photogrammetry, digital twins, aerial inspections, and thermal imaging. Services are delivered as specified in the provided quote or invoice.

  2. Payment Terms

    • Payment is due 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • Late payments may be subject to a [X]% monthly late fee.
    • A deposit of 50% may be required prior to the commencement of services.

  3. Service Delivery

    • Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon format and timeframe.
    • Aegis Recon Systems is not responsible for delays caused by weather, airspace restrictions, or client inaccessibility.

  4. Data Ownership & Usage

    • All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Aegis Recon Systems until full payment is received.
    • The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for their intended purpose as outlined in the service agreement or quote.
    • Any use of the deliverables beyond the agreed-upon scope, including but not limited to redistribution, resale, or third-party licensing, requires the purchase of a separate license from Aegis Recon Systems.
    • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of the deliverables without prior written consent may result in legal action.

  5. Liability & Indemnification

    • Aegis Recon Systems is not liable for damages resulting from the client’s use or interpretation of the provided data.
    • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aegis Recon Systems from any claims arising from the misuse of provided data.

  6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional fees.

  7. Regulatory Compliance

    • Aegis Recon Systems operates in full compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and local airspace laws.
    • The client is responsible for securing any necessary permissions for site access.

  8. Force Majeure

    • Aegis Recon Systems is not responsible for failure or delay in service due to factors beyond our control, including weather, regulatory changes, or unforeseen operational restrictions.

  9. Governing Law

    • These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

  10. Acceptance

    • By signing below, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
